Walked the Cafe Fear Trail with RAD & MR. He had a 45+ lb ruck sack and was walking circles around me.
I was slow. It hurt. Legs hurt like a mother, but it will pay off later (I keep telling myself that).
A girl at the race had a skirt that said "Run like a mother." Today I needed a skirt that said "Hobble like a mother."

4 miles in the hood. the moon gave me enough light to see. nice to run again.
Got in an early run with MR in the morning before my long flight to SLC. Nice cool morning. Nice company.
