95 minutes on elliptical reading my books (which makes time fly). legs are really sore from p90x legs & back (arms are sore too- I'm not sure how much of my back I actually use in that video). After elliptical, I tried doing the ab ripper and it made me yelp out in pain. I hadn't done it for a few weeks, and my abs were sore, sore, sore. It hurt like a mother trying to do the exercises. But I managed to finish the whole video AND I was making enough horrid noise that buccaneer #1 had to shut the door on me. Win for the mamma pirate!! After all that, I took a quick jog in the merrells. I made it all the way around the loop! My calves haven't bothered me at all from running in them the short distances I've been running. I may try and up the distance next week. Maybe.
