Another plan B day. Wanted to do elliptical & then a shred. I had to set up the elliptical because it'd been folded up when MR cleaned the garage a couple weeks ago. I don't know what he did to it, but it's not working. So I did p90x plyo instead. I kept wondering if it was a good idea or not, because I don't want my legs too sore for my long run tomorrow. I guess I'll find out tomorrow. |
