PT for warm-ups and then an early run.  avg pace 9:08.

Little buckaneer got up early and went out for a quick run this morning.  I'm not sure what motivated him to do it, but I'm glad he's interested in doing something.

wore the big knee brace & my knee feels fine today.  The run/walk on Saturday really seemed to irritate it.

The cafeteria brought in some fresh baked cookies & asked us to help them "take care of them."  How can I say no to that?  They were still warm :-)

ohhhh...still warm cookies? mmmmm!!!

Nice job on the run, I'm glad the knee held up for you - even in the BIG brace.

I would consider a dozen warm cookies as a warmup for a dozen glazed donuts! Nothin' like being prepared.

QP Cookie monster, nice run, good to see the knee being ok. Always good to have the crew with you on a run.
