We tried watching the utube video on KT tape for the knee. Then we did our best to tape it up. It's not the same as the way the physical therapist did it, but it seems to be working it's magic. I did the P90X legs & back this morning, as well as doing my physical therapy exercises after. It was tough doing my pt after the video workout. I think that's good for my muscles, though. Which will be good for my knee. Hoping to run tomorrow or Thursday just a little bit. |
