Rain in the morning. I did the p90x legs & back, and finally used the pull-up bar. I HAD to use the chair to help get myself up, and I'm fairly certain that I won't be able to move my arms at all in 2 days, but it was a good work-out. I did the ab ripper after and it put a hurtin' on me. I haven't done it for a few weeks and all my stomach muscles have turned into flesh colored pumpkin pie. Good times. I worked on my summer vacation photo album book for a couple hours & watched Sense & Sensibility, then I took my merrells out for a quick short run because the sun came out :-)
