7 miles.  In the dark.  9:28 avg pace.  I did speed work on Monday, so I just did a "what I want my MP run to be" pace.  It was almost 100% progressive.  Started at 10:16 and ended at 9:02.

By the way, I made the mistake of answering the phone this morning. Missed 1/2 of my morning run :( At least I didn't have to run in the dark.

I've got lots of dreams. Most of them include me wearing a crab hat and pirate eye patch. But they're only dreams :-)
