Terri-I can feel the soreness of what I do believe are ab muscles that hurt when I laugh or cough... but I can't say I've found them. They seem to be hiding under all the marshmallow s'mores I've been eating.
Brent- Thanks for the commando points. I don't care for hills as much as some super-duper people do.
bye-wing- Ab ripper is 16 minutes of nothing but ab workout on the p90x video. I'm feeling like I'd be better off with naps in the future.
