Great to be back on the road in the morning.

My legs were tired, it was raining, it was cold, and the wind was blowing.  But I loved every minute of it.

paces were 10:00, 9:14, 9:11(for the last 1/2).  I had the watch set to alert me if I went over a 9mm.  I was surprised when it went off.  I didn't think I'd be running that fast.  It was a moderate effort.  But getting up off the chair is a moderate effort these days.

I think I'll do a few short miles again tomorrow, and try a longer run on Saturday at a slower pace.

nice first run after the marathon. sounds like you're doing it the right way.

Nice work! Glad you felt well enough to get out and run, plus you were feeling good and got the pace up!
