QP - have missed your blog for a few days, what is going on with the leg pain? Yes, it would be nice if all spin bikes had MPH, etc. This bike really simulates the road very well as my Tri bike times have been in the top 10% of the field. So, cross training does help leg strength and endurance for running, just not running speed. Hopefully, you can do some cross training.

I think that sleep is definitely in order at this point. Take your time with recovery. And tell me that next week.
