That's a great run for a Monday morning. You must have gotten out nice and early. I'm trying vainly to prolong the weekend.

seriously awesome!
i tried to run "bleachers" over the weekend. it was actually about 200ish steps gonig down to the lake. i did it 3 times. coming up was easier, but tough. going down was hard. i don't have the same reckless abandon i used to. i was quite worried about falling and tumbling to my death to the bottom of the stairs and possibly landing in the lake. i know... what a pansy!
