back to life ... back to reality......weekend ended too soon.

ran a comfortable pace, picked up a bit the last couple miles.  Avg pace 9:16.

Went to run bleachers after school, but there was a soccer game so I just ran the hood around school.  3.24 miles at a 9:24 avg pace.

I think the weekend always ends too soon. Great job getting 8.62 done on a Monday morning, a good start to your week!

What a nice way to start out the week! I started mine out by oversleeping and being an hour late for work. You did much better than me.

You'll probably be getting cooler temps today. We got them yesterday. Kinda nice, but very breezy!

That's a great run for a Monday morning. You must have gotten out nice and early. I'm trying vainly to prolong the weekend.

Nice Monday run - I hate it when the weekend gives you so much to have to 'run out' over the weekend!!

Quiet Pirate - thanks for you comments, I'ss take that two cannon salute any day, better than commando points, thanks. Nice smile when I read your comments, broke up the stresful day.

very nice running starting out the week. Back to life, we always need that mental break.

An extra 3+ after school? Nice work!

seriously awesome!

i tried to run "bleachers" over the weekend. it was actually about 200ish steps gonig down to the lake. i did it 3 times. coming up was easier, but tough. going down was hard. i don't have the same reckless abandon i used to. i was quite worried about falling and tumbling to my death to the bottom of the stairs and possibly landing in the lake. i know... what a pansy!
