My leg/hip hurts.  I'm mad it's bothering me.  I've cut back my miles drastically, so why is it acting up now?  Does p90x cause ITband problems?  If not, then what is causing this??

I didn't want to get up.  I just wanted to quit and stop exercising until the pain was gone forever.... but by 5:30 everyone was up and making noise, and I was awake, so I did the core synergestics.  It's a good workout and didn't bother my leg/hip much at all. 

No running today, just more stretching.

Went for a bike ride with MR after work.  Beautiful day- only got one bug that flew up my nose :-)  We went 8.9 miles and ended up riding over some newly tarred joints in the road...our bike tires are covered in sticky and have rocks all over them.  Even when we had rode 2 miles after the tar, the rocks were still sticking and I could hear the tar sticking to the road.  How do I get that junk off my tires???

crud. I don't know. maybe the plyo is doing it? I just want you to be able to run pain free. Glad you got a little bit of sleep today. Hope the day gets better!

QP - I wish that I could show you a good stetch I do, may help, have you changed running shoes lately? If you can get to a PT, I would give it a try, they may have and idea what is causing hte problem.

Hope it gets better soon, pain the butt injury.

P90X can cause injuries. Be sure to modify, modify, modify, if things start to hurt.

Burt- I'm surprised to hear you say that. I thought it would just be making me stronger and helping me avoid injuries. I feel a little bit of disappointment welling up inside of me right now.

RAD, Brent, Smooth- I've been rolling every day, and this week is lots of stretching week, so I'm grateful for that. The hoops I have to jump through to get an appt with a PT are ridiculous and take weeks. Maybe I should start now.
