I took two little red decongestant pills before going to bed last night, and I'm not sure exactly why but I was wired all night long and couldn't sleep.  I laid in bed from 9 till 1 am, and I was worrying that I wouldn't be able to wake up in time to finish the p90x plyo before 5:30 am.

I finally got tired of worrying about it, and around 1:10 am, I got dressed and did the plyo.  I decided since I was wired and couldn't sleep anyway, I'd just get it out of the way.  I finished the plyo and finally got to sleep around 3 am- just to wake up at 5:30.

Then I went with MR to the base where we did PT together.  We ran 4 miles.  It was a good speedy, hilly workout for me.  I was surprised that I had enough energy to finish it after 2.5 hours of sleep.  Those little red pills are magic!

We grabbed some breakfast and went to the tax center where it took us 3 hours to have our taxes worked out.  I finally started feeling sleepy at the tax center, but managed to stay awake long enough to enjoy some fab Thai food for lunch.

Then I had a nap and went to the dentist.  What a way to spend a day off work.

My arms are sore, my chest muscles are sore, my back muscles are sore.  I'm not sure how I'm going to pull off the shoulders & arms video tomorrow, but I'll try.  Hopefully it won't be at 1 am :-)

Wow!!! You started the day at 1:10 am with a P90x plyo workout, then ran with MR and PT stuff, then 3 hrs of tax stuff and the dentist!!!! Now that is TUFF STUFF!!! I'd be in a coma at the Tax center! :)

All your soreness mean your muscles are getting buff! You are a tuff buff babe!

Stay away from those little red pills especially at bedtime! :)

Way to kick it in the butt. No use in fighting it. Did MR think you had lost your mind? Did you fall asleep with your mouth open at the dentist?

Smooth- I hope this P90x makes me tuff. I am honestly afraid of yoga tomorrow because I know you said it put a hurting on you, and you're one fit lady!

Terri-I love the dentist. It relaxes me and I would fall asleep if it weren't for that little noisy sucky thing. MR had no idea I was even awake or jumping around in the room next door for an hour. MR Oblivious.

HA! I can see everyone else sleeping through it all. Nice.

I'm glad you finally got it all worked out and some good Thai food to boot!
