Slept in, did a short run (to try and not over-do-it) and that was it.
No knee pain at all last night or today. I'm glad it was just a short term thing.
Foot pain doesn't seem to bother me any more or less than usual so I'm just wearing my arch supports and keeping my fingers crossed.
90 minutes elliptical after work. trying to catch up on my old runner's world magazines so I can read the new one I just got yesterday. |
