recovery run.  wasn't sure my knee was going to let me run at all today. did my PT and started out really, really slow.  After half a mile, started feeling warmed up and more comfortable.

avg pace was 9:45.  Just perfect.  Happy to see the sunlight creeping into the sky in the morings again while I'm up.

I hate waking up early, early, early, but I hate not having enough time to make a good, healthy breakfast either.  One that fills me up & doesn't make me hungry again in 2 hours.  I may need to just cook oatmeal at night.

knee aches less today than yesterday.  happy day.

Good job on getting up early, early, early once again. I'm glad the knee let you run and I hope it's doing okay now.

I find that the trick to having a breakfast that lasts until lunch time is to make it have more protein and fewer carbs. For example, I do better if I have an egg, a little turkey sausage, and a half a grapefruit for breakfast than if I have oatmeal and the half a grapefruit. Just my 2 cents.

a quick breakfast burrito is one of my favorite 'fast and filling' breakfasts! However, your oatmeal probably tastes better :)

Glad the knee relaxed enough to let you have a decent run this morning.

Nothing's better than a breakfast burrito by the light of the dipper.
