p90x legs & back. I don't have a pull up bar (and I'm not strong enough to use one) so I just do arms/back with free weights. So it's not really legs & back, but legs & arms.
Just want to strengthen my legs for happy knees.

I have a pull up bar, but I always use a chair to do my pull-ups. Modify, as Tony says.

When I did p90X with Craig I would always use the free weights while he used the pull-up bar, I think it is still a good workout.
