morning elliptical
afternoon zumba- a little easier today than yesterday
later afternoon run- the sun was out, it was 70 degrees, and the blossoms on the bradford trees & azalea bushes. It's going to get cold again, so I had to get out before spring goes away. A dog I'd never seen out before came tearing across a yard and into the road after me. It was a small black dog, who was barking and growing as he ran toward me. I shouted, "STOP! GET YOUR DOG!" No one came, so I ended up having to kick the dog to keep him from biting me. The dog didn't go away, but he stopped trying to attack me. Guess getting kicked is better than getting shot, but I wish his owner would have just kept him under control to begin with. |
