got out a couple hours earlier today. 7:15 to start the run. It had rained all night and was very humid, but still overcast with a little breeze to help.

9:33 avg pace. That was my best effort too. It's either the heat, or I've lost my running mojo, because I can't run fast or long anymore.

Did my shred level one again.

Then checked on my plants (all the hostas are gone and now my impatient is slowly disappearing),went shopping, made potato salad and chocolate banana bread. Right now I'm enjoying a pirates of the caribbean marathon with mini-me. AARRRGGGHHHHH.

All those piles of papers and organizing that needs to be done will just have to wait another day...I guess one more day won't matter when they've been waiting for months already :-)

Welcome to start the run. It's too bad that the break from school during which you can sleep later comes during the summer when it's hot. Even though I have to work year-round, I have the same issue with the kids out of school in the summer.

Nice work on the running, I think it's the heat! I remember trying to run in humidity with you and I nearly DIED! I don't know how you can run when you can't sweat!!
