Tempo run- 8:54 avg pace.  Dark..no moon.  No tunes..just quiet time to reflect on what an honor it is for me to be voted the most horrible mother in the world award this week.

Finished with 20 minutes on the elliptical to round out an hour of sweating.

Boss man brought in Bojangles bacon, egg, & cheese biscuits this morning.  Bless that man!!

QP Tell them that you love them everyday, everyday is a new day in your arrrgh, pirate voice. You know, as we gain more wisdom, parents are just people too, not perfect.

Anyway, nice run, scary in the dark dark, those runs can be a little creepy.
