So happy to back in the Mizunos. Love those shoes!

Progressive run today. Avg total was 8:59. I'm trying to not watch my splits as I run, and just let the way I feel determine my speed. Seems to be going okay overall.

Foggy run. New batteries in head lamp & all the mist made it hard to see, so I stayed in the hood & played it safe. We've got too many stray cats around here....they're just popping up all over the place lately. At least they don't chase & bite me! Their glowing eyes just creep me out!

Ab ripper X to follow. Aaahhhhh.... my favorite....NOT.

Nice work on the progressive run! I can't ever seem to do them on the road, the TM is the only place I can. Seeing glowing eyes in the bushes on a foggy run would get me too! I hope they are just cats...

Hey...Just took a peek at your Blog and noticed you are running in Mizuno's. I haven't been running long and just went down to the "real" running store, they fitted me with Mizuno Wave Rider 14 shoes. I've run twice in them and they feel really good. Also sounds like you run early in the morning like me... It's kinda creepy some time since I live and run out on the farm roads in the country. Keep up the good work!

I Just Run- I do love my mizunos. I'm not sure which typeI use (super stability), but I was also fitted for them a couple years ago at the "real" running store and they saved my knees and stopped my plantar faciatis.

Yes, I run in the morning..usually between 5 and 6 am. And I'm usually out on the country roads too. I love the quiet, dark roads.

Running on the quit, dark roads is great except when you trip over a dead animal...as I've done...Ha ha
