No knee problems today.  Felt like my running groove was off a little, but I know there are going to be days like this.

We had a 2 hour delay due to tornado damage from Saturday.  One high school has 2 million $ damage to athletic fields, and one elementary school is closed for the remainder of the year.

Got to run with MR since we both had delays.  Nice to run in the sunlight during the week.  Just a taste of what's coming during spring & summer vacation :-)
