My plan to do elliptical and p90x was hampered by the warmth and comfort of my bad this morning.

So I worked the core synergestics and brought it on in the living room for an hour.  I feel ridiculous doing it & I'm glad no one is watching.  Luckily, when the kids left for seminary I was doing lunges and not rolling around like a fish out of water trying to flop a superman/banana on the floor.

Followed up with physical therapy exercises.  Not as easy to do after working out and it is before.

I want to run, but I'm really trying to put my faith in the "low miles" training plan.  Lots of cross training & making the miles I do run count.

low mile plans are so hard for us crazies to deal with! Nice work on the core, love it! If your bed stars getting too comfy I can let you borrow Adam for a while, I sure don't like bed much lately!

QP - hope the rehab goes well, smart, strong, etc.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out - by the way, the relay was real fun.

that warm bed has been winning A LOT with me lately.

QP, read you blog again, low miles and cross training. From my experience, you can maintain a very good level of fitness and run 9 to 10 min. miles. But, very difficult to simulate running fast with cross training. Hopefully, you can get back to running as you would want.

I know it's just a typo, but I think it's funny that you called your bed your bad.

You worked out for an hour before the kids left for seminary? You are one early riser.
