My ipod is very particular about what it wants to let me post on the blog. So yesterday, it was only the miles I could enter.
It was a 7 mile run, and again, there were those hills. But it was nice because we went back on paved trails through the neighborhoods and then ran around a little pond before heading back.
I don't think we saw any dead animals at all :-(. There was a point where I felT LIke a dead animal, so that's the photo I will put up for the day. RAD is looking good, but I'm looking for a plank to walk.
