Got to run in the dark with MR this morning.  His heel is really bothering him & I feel bad.  The cushion they gave him to wear just makes the pain worse, so he's not wearing it.  Seems like he needs something else, but I'm not an expert.

6 miles, no treasures to pick up, but the day dawn breaking through the dark of night and pouring a rainbow of color into the sky was treasure enough.

Lots of sugar cookies with icing and chocolate covered fruit so far.  I'm thinking the eating better goal will start tomorrow....
