5-6 am; 76o with 90% humidity.  No sprinklers, but I was dripping wet without them by the time I was done. 

I was slow today.  Not intentionally.  Sometimes I start out slow for the first mile, then I can pick it up.  Not today.  Every mile but the last was over 10.  It felt good to be out running again after 5 days off, but I was disappointed my pace was so slow. 

Didn't see anything dead, but I did see an awesome old shoe in the middle of the road.  Just one, but with a nice leather upper.

The best part about running is just enjoying it. Pace, schmace. At least that is what I'm trying to convince myself of :)

Glad you had a good run after your time off. We had 60ish% humidity this last week and it was killing me! I'm glad I live in the desert.

Good run for your first day back. That humidity stinks, just like an old shoe.
