Kind of tapering off a little this week.  Balancing my need to run, my desire to run long distances, and my body's ability to let me follow through with my dreams. 

Plus, saving some energy & looking forward to going out on the high seas with my best mate while we pillage, loot, and search for booty.  Bring it ON!!!

Does it really get easier to balance your running need and desire to run long distances with your body's ability to do so? I'm not so sure this week!
