yoga, yoga belly 7 times. Don't do ab exercises every day, you don't work other muscles every day, and you shouldn't work abs every day. Shut up Tony. PT in the afternoon. They've decided they've done all they can do, and now it's up to me to have the self discipline to do their 45 minutes of exercises every day to continue to improve & strengthen while I wait for piriformis to heal. I just don't see myself being that disciplined.
