MR rode the bike while I ran.  It was overcast, but 50 degrees.  Slow start, good end.  Love the sleeping in days of Christmas break.

What a beautiful day!  Sunny and warm :-)

First 2 miles I tried running with my new soldier.  He is fast and I had a hard time keeping up with him.  

Next 3 miles I ran with MR.  Well, we started running together but his breakfast kept bubbling up his throat and he walked a bit while I ran the loop & some of the cul de sacs.

Then I took a 2 mile victory lap walk with my mom who is visiting. 

The sun was wonderful!  Perfect day for a run.

15 mile bike ride with MR.  It was windy but a nice day for a ride.  We went slow since it'd been a long time since we've been on a real bike ride together.
