Tuesday 25th - 4.5 on boardwalk in Ocean City.  Wore my vibrams and felt good.

Thursday 27th - Happy Thanksgiving.  8.05 Ran the virtual Turkey Trot for Cancer treatment and research with  Terri.  It was delightful to be back running with her on our old running path.  Time flew by.  Calves sore from running in vibrams on Tuesday.

Saturday 5.01 miles.  Calves still a little sore.
