Monday - 2.14 miles.  I decided to go out and see how my foot would handle running on the roads.  Unfortunately, my foot was the least of my problems.  My heart and lungs were ready to scream and run away from me.  But I know this is how it always begins after taking time off.  It was just delightful to be back running outside again.

Wednesday - 2.81 miles.   A little further than Monday.  Foot still felt good.  

Thursday - 3.01 miles.  With MR.  Baby steps back, but a mile more than Monday.

Saturday 4.36.  I love running.
