Sunday- rode 27.6 miles on the Baltimore & Annapolis rail trail with MR. My quads certainly felt this ride.
Monday - hiked for 2.5 hours in the Appalachain foothills. We would have hiked longer, but the sky opened up just as we were hitting the end of the first loop near the car. So we packed up and went home.
Tuesday - Ran 4.5 miles in the terrible heat. Did Shred video.
Wednesday - 4 miles
Thursday - 12.7 made it to the lake, and ran around the lake. No stopping! Woo Hoo!!
Saturday -6.44 at the research center with MR he was having an off day - and it was hot as Hades
