It was actually cooler this morning and nicer outside than I'd imagined it could be in July. I went out around 5:40 and ran 4 progressive miles. 9:40-8:50 spread, going 20 seconds faster +/- per mile.
Rode my bike to work- had to take the shorter route due to time, so it was 4.95 miles. I'll ride it home as well. Just short of 10 miles on the bike total.
almost 10 miles as I rode to and from work. The rides home yesterday and today have been quick, because it looks as if it's going to start downpouring any second.
Went for a short run with MR in the insufferable heat, then spent the remainder of the hottest part of the day watching 2 movies at the local dollar theater. In my defense, it was about time I saw the Pirates movie :-)
