it's not a fracture

maybe it's a stress fracture, but too early to tell

take it easy, run a little if it doesn't hurt and come back in a couple of weeks for another xray if it's still bothering you

Pilates in the morning.  

After work, I used the recumbent bike and pushed the pedals with my heels.  Managed almost 18 miles, but it made my back hurt.  Totally worth being able to sweat.

I get depressed when I wake up in the morning and my foot still hurts.  I don't know why the foot pain-killer fairy won't visit me.  Doesn't she know how much I need her?

Tried pilates on the ball this morning.  It was interesting, to say the least.  Most of all I just want to say   AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH.

pilates on the ball in the am, 1 hour on the recumbent bike in the pm.  

At some point in the day,  I realized that walking on my foot didn't hurt and I wasn't limping.  Progress- it's been slow but seems to be moving forward.

still some occasional pain in the foot, but I'm able to walk around all day without trouble.  I'll try elliptical tomorrow and see how it goes with more movement and still less impact than running.  

I have big hopes!

Gobs of yard work between the morning rain and the evening rain.

90 minutes on the elliptical.  Kept flat footed and tried to not come up on the ball of my foot.  That's where I find the most discomfort.  

Had a good chat with Terri while I was exercising.  Excited to see her again in a couple of weeks!!
