Woke up at 4 and had to take a couple more tums. By 5:30 I was ready to run again.  It was dark, humid, and super foggy.  I put on my headlamp and green blinky light along with my reflective gear and headed out.  Beautiful in a quiet kind of way.

Good progressive run with some nice paces (for me).

Talked with a guy at work who ran 11 miles before work in the same fog.  He said at mile 7 he had to go inside and change his shorts and shoes because they were soaking wet.  All this at 6 am..  I remember a couple years ago running long distances like that in the morning.  I was almost jealous of his accomplishments this morning.  He was just starting to run a couple years ago.  He would ask me for advice, and now he's amazing.... cool to see him accomplish so much with his running and triathalons.  A lot like my RAD... just amazing!

Went for a walk with MR in the pm...2.5 miles.  I'm glad I ran in the morning because I was KO'd from the work stress again today.  I'm 4 for 4 of getting yelled at by mean people at least once a day this week.  Almost curious to see how Friday goes and what adventures it will bring.

I am ready for the weekend to take the Pirate ship out and wreak havoc on the high seas.  What I wouldn't give for a holocaust cloak...

I'm so impressed by your ability to get up early and run in the dark. I have a hard time getting up before 6am to run when the sun is up.

Sorry about mean people. It can just ruin your whole day sometimes. Hope Friday is better.

Pull out that cloak and enjoy your weekend.

TGIF. Hope you have a better day. Wish I was there to do morning runs with ya :)

He probably peed his pants. Maybe people yell at you because you don't pee your pants.

Burt- thanks for the thought. I'll make sure I take care to change that "problem" every day so people quit yelling. I think they're just cranky because they don't floss their teeth properly.

People in North Carolina only have three or four teeth. That shouldn't be a problem. Unless they're trying to floss with rope.

Obviously you've never seen plaque and tartar "close the gap" with some random tobacco and collard greens closing it all off to create the look of a full set.

Some days, road kill is not the nastiest thing I see.
