Took the day off of running to try and fight this cold.  I was up at 3 am again today, but cooked chili, corn bread, and 2 cool-aide pies instead of going for a 9 mile run.  Yum!

I thought I heard a critter chewing my plant in the corner of my room when I woke up at 3 am.  I snuck over and listened as carefully as I could to find out where the mouse was in the plant, but it was too dark to find it.  I turned on a light in the room next door to help me catch the mouse in the act.  It took me at least 5 minutes to figure out it was just dead leaves on the back side of the plant blowing in the  air from the heat vent.  My imagination at 3 am is a little too crazy for my liking.

Maybe there is something strange in the cold medicine you are taking. Rats, plants, wind...we're those 2 koolaide pies all in your imagination as well? Hope you are on the mend soon and you can get back to running instead of just going crazy in the middle of the night :) come to think about it, that is good advice for myself as we'll ..,.
