Got out and ran before it was 100o outside. Ran 2, then took a little detour to check out some new homes being built, then ran another one + home. Good speed for me, just over 9 avg pace. Followed up with 45 min elliptical while I watched a little more of a documentary- forks over knives. Gave me lots to think about. Would suggest it as "food for thought." Most of it makes sense, just not sure I'm 100% in.
