Four miles this morning. Started out with a slow warm up, then increased speed gradually. Legs still feel a bit tired. 57 degrees, 98% humidity 9:05 average pace. 10:08, 9:04, 8:46, 8:22. I'd like to do a 10K this Saturday. It's the week before the marathon. My training guide says to do 8 miles. So I'd do a couple mile warm up or cool down, and then do the run at moderate pace. Do y'all think that would be okay, or is it too close to the big run? |
