After a week off from the marathon, I was ready to run again.  More for my mental health than anything.  I had the worst week ever last week, and I think I had a harder time dealing with it because I wasn't running.

Sunday - 4.5 miles.  Slow, getting back in the swing of things.

I'm lichen this fence post!

Tuesday - 4.5 miles.  Still slow, enjoying a beautiful sunrise.

Wednesday - 3.5 miles.  Took some photos of the fog out on the fields this morning.

Thursday- nope

Friday - 6 miles

Saturday - 5.07 miles with Wyatt
