x-train/rest day
did shred video first (after fighting with the dvd player for 10 minutes)
then 4 mile easy run. avg pace 9:41. My legs felt a little trashed from just doing the shred. Felt like I'd already been out running 12 miles (especially when I started).
splits: 10:33, 9:33, 9:28, 9:05 5:20am 69o with 82% humidity
had a 9.23 mile bike ride after work. Took the long way home...it was great. |
