still a little pain, so I went with the shred this morning, then I went horseback riding :-)

Not really any sort of exercise in that, but it was fun.  I can't be as cool as KP and have my own horse, so I have to get excited when I get to ride other people's horses.

I've really got to try the shred some time! Glad you were able to get a workout in, but I hope that pain goes away asap!!

I didn't know KP had a horse...

QP - good luck on the rehab - now, riding a horse takes time to get the butt in shape.

KP- I know you've mentioned your horses at some point in the blog, I don't have any special "vision" plans....special gifts like that are more my M.I.L.'s style.

Brent- you're so right about the butt. My sit-bones are a little sore today. Just a little bit.

The horse trail ride was fun, but I think my horse was actually a zebra in disguise. All horses have their own special personality and my guy was so special!
