slept late and had an early meeting to attend, so miles were low. Didn't wear garmin, no idea on pace/time. Intentions to do more "later" have all left the building.

Maybe 'later' can mean at 2AM when it has finally dropped below 90!

official temp was 97.5, but my thermometer on my back patio (in the shade) said it was 100 today. It was so hot, I needed a nap. Good stuff!
The road is paved with good intentions for "later." They're not happening in heat like that.
