sleep, easy effort. 10:50, 9:49, ? for last .5

schedules were different this morning, so I got to run as the morning dawn was lighting up the sky.  It was pretty bright outside when I finished, but the sun still wasn't up yet.  When I did see the sunrise around 6:50, it was so glorious.  Orange sky..looked like sunny delight.  I wonder if that volcano is making the sunrise/sunsets more dramatic in colors.

Where is the sun. I can't find it.

sun is beautiful here too.

easy day today - you got a long run tomorrow? 2.5 is about my preferred distance!

Yeah, I'm not sure how long but somewhere around 15 miles I think. I got out in the deep country and run with my friend while our husbands ride along on their bikes.

They provide protection, carry our water, and entertain us.

I am glad you enjoyed the sun this morning. Carolyn is right, I don't think we will see the sun today. Good luck with your long run tomorrow!

Sun, sun - come back OUR way! We're getting the April showers to make pretty may flowers. This weekend while you're getting the rain we'll get to enjoy the sun :)

Nice easy run this morning, the sunrise sounds beautiful! I think the volcano probably could be helping the sunrise.

Can't wait to hear about the entertainment tomorrow! :)

running with the hubbies on bikes sounds like a lot of fun!

we are getting rain here this weekend too. i was thinking about doing a little 5k tomorrow, but have talked myself out of it because of the weather. i'm going out of town to stay at a friend's house and i don't want her to have to get out of bed early in the rain... i'm using her as my excuse :)
