you deserve some sleep! I hate to run in the wind, I've been so spoiled not having to be outside lately it's going to take a lot to get be back out in questionable weather!

Nice job on the paces in the miles. I'm sure you don't always, but I frequently picture you running the 'loop' in your neighborhood when I read your blogs :)

RAD- Unless it's Saturday, I'm always runnin the loop. I know exactly which roads to take & spokes to run to get 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 miles.

Pretty sad, but it beats the garage.

I run variations of the same couple of routes nearly every day too.

It is nice to have loops where you know the mileage. Good job getting your loop done.
