overcast and humid. glad the sun wasn't beating down on me though. 73-76o with 93-91% humidity. Like running in a steam room. just went easy on the pace. picked up a little at the end, but avg'd a 9:40 total.
pretty uneventful..glad it's done and i'm back in the safety of my a/c home

QP, you running, back to consistency, good job in the heat and humid, sometimes uneventful runs are the best - no dogs, crazy sheep, bugs, etc.

wow, nine miles in a steam room I think would kill me! I seriously don't know how you run in humidity!
That really is a steam room. Did you wear glasses? If so, did they fog up?

Carolyn, they only fogged up once when I had to run off into the woods for a second :-)

RAD- believe me when I say that I'd prefer the option to NOT have humidity.

Great job! I hope you enjoyed the weekend in an AC filled house. I can't imagine running in that much humidity.
