It takes me 2 miles to get warmed up. I don't think I could do 2 miles that fast out of the gate.
Were you able to keep your quick breakfast down while doing the shred?

QP - you make it sound easy, always tough to run a fast pace out of the shoot. I now have a clue on shred, Jillian Michael? sargent of the biggest loser? Hum, must be tough workout.

Carolyn, I am the complete opposite of you. The longer I run, the slower I get. If I were to run a warm-up and then try to run a 7:30ish mile (which I've done on my way to the pool), I'd never make it. It would prob be more like a 9:30 mile.

Great job on the run and the shred movie. It is always hard to do more workout after already running.

Carolyn, she is off work and enjoying summer break :) However, I also wish she'd get back to blogging! *hint, hint*
