niggles.......I think that's what RAD calls them. Foot niggles, knee niggles, other knee niggles. I don't have any reason to push the miles right now, so I'm going to back off for a while and let the niggles work themselves out. I think the elliptical will be getting some one-on-one time with the pirate for a while. Which is fine, because I have a huge book I want to finish re-reading before Friday. 90 minutes on elliptical in the pm today.
Bonus for the day: It's Big T's day. That's the day when our awesome principal has the traveling food truck come and feed us snowcones & chili dogs for lunch. I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. I'll need to put a cork on the end of my hook so I don't scratch anyone in my overly-excited state.
