lots of rain, wanted sleep, and have a little pain on my foot I want to let recover before I get back into the full swing of things for our "mock marathon" in a couple of weeks.
I considered doing the shred dvd. Maybe tonight. Maybe!
I've totally been neglecting the shred and it shows. I used to be able to do about 12 push ups at once, and the other night when I tried I could barely do 5. I need to get shredding again.
What's this mock marathon of which you speak?

I set my alarm for 5am Sunday morning to get in a "long" run (for me - 8 miles) before church. It was raining so I went back to sleep. I feel like a slacker now. I needed to get in some miles, as I'm going on vacation this week and will not get in much, if any, running.

Carolyn- my country road running buddy who I ran the 20 with last week-end is not satisfied with only 20 and wants to do a full 26.2 in a couple of weeks. It's just going to be us and the water boy. We'll be running the carnage & troll head route again, so I'll try and remember to bring the camera.
KP- Is this your vacation to DC you'd mentioned before? You'll have to run on the mall...it's a neat experience!
