Still a bit sore from Saturday's run. I hopped on the elliptical for an hour and it felt great. Didn't bother my groin at all.
I need to be more diligent about my stretching in the pm and after a good work out. Icing too.

you got it! I hate going to the PT sometimes for that very reason - they make me stretch like 5 times a day!! It'll give MrB a 'happy baby' to see you stretch :)
