Slept in hoping the rain would go away. It did lighten up, but we still were wet to the bone. I ran 7 with MR, then he had to go pick up little buccaneer so I did 2 more. I wasn't going to, but I got a text from my friend training for the Nashville 1/2. She's raising money for Gilda's girls and she did her first 9 miles. I was inspired by her effort and figured I could do more.
Soppy wet sloshy shoes, but not a bad run. The light rain can be nice sometimes and the sun actually came out for the last 2 miles. |
