Running in the hood in the morning with my 3 friends again.  Took it easy.  It was progressive, but slower than yesterday.  Hoping for a run home today :-)

5.03 miles home in the afternoon.  About 80 degrees, and beautiful!

I am in awe of you running with the stars of the heaven every morning! You my friend shines the brightest above all!!! Nice progressive run! AWESOME TWO runs yesterday! You are running alot nowadays! Do you have a race in the near future that I totally am oblivious of? :)

Wow, you are doing great running twice most days. Morning runs are great, but where on earth do you find the energy for a late afternoon/ evening run ? I'm usually beat by then.

Are you still doing the p90x stuff?

Smooth- no races in the future. Doing a half turkey trot for fun with friends, but that's all I have planned. I'm just enjoying being able to have time to run in the morning and again in the afternoon. The weather has been so nice, and I'm glad I get a chance to spend time with the sun and the stars!

Bye-wing: I haven't done the p90x since I completed it in May. It's a time suck and takes time away from running, which I enjoy much, much more. I think my desire to spend time outdoors trumps my "tired" messages.
